What does a ‘dry’ installation mean? And how is it different from a ‘wet’ installation?
Our “dry-apply” film allows for a screen protector (or rear) to be installed without spraying the device with water. this allows for a quicker installation, and no risk of water entering sensitive areas of the device.
If I mess up the installation on the first try, can I still complete the process?
Yes, you simply use the application handles to lift up the part, re-align it and drop it into position. You can keep re-positioning the film until you are satisfied it is correctly aligned.
I haven’t received any shipping confirmation. When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. Please note our cut-off time is 4pm, EST.
Will I be sent a tracking code when my order has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via UPS freight. All orders are shipped “ground” unless noted otherwise.
Why don’t you ship to locations outside of the U.S.?
Freight costs are exorbitant for any international orders because they have to be sent via priority air freight. For example, one iPhone 7 Wrapsol box to Italy would be almost $60 in shipping alone! Given these prohibitive costs, we do not list International orders on-line. Please contact us directly if you need an order to ship overseas and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is your refund policy?
Please email a copy of “proof of purchase,” along with reason for return, to email@example.com. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
How long does the warranty last for?
We offer a warranty for the life of your device.
Can I get a warranty replacement for a different device?
No. You can only process a warranty for the device purchased.
I purchased my Wrapsol from somewhere other than Wrapsol.com. Am I still covered by the warranty?
Warranty must be processed at place of purchase. All retailers are able to process your return on the spot. Wrapsol will then handle the claim with the retailer. Of course, if there are any issues with a retailer helping process the warranty, please let us know and we will help.
